Schumacher Orthodontics

From my initial telephone contact, I knew this office was going to be different. ‘It’s a beautiful day at Shoemacher Orthodontics.’ When I first arrived, the receptionist stopped what she was doing, and gave me eye contact, and welcomed me to their practice. The reception area was carefully thought out and offered lots of activity options for the clients who may be sitting there. Its a fun Island theme practice that’s very appropriate for the area. My waiting time was minimal and I was welcomed back to a private office with Shannon who would take my records. The science of orthodontists has come light years since my last experience. Schumacher Orthodontics has gone to an extreme effort to acquire technology that make the experience easier for the patient. Books of his actual photographic cases showing me just what orthodontics can do these days and also models with different types of orthodontic appliances that we’re going to become my new possibility were shared. The doctor came in and thanked me for choosing his practice. I had a difficult problem and I feel like he spent well over the time he thought he may need and was allotted, to my care and questioning. I selected my treat

Went in for a consultation for my son at the recommendation of his dentist. The staff was very kind and worked well with my seven year old. Didn't feel any pressure at all. They were very thorough and said to come back in five or so years. Very, very nice staff and doctor!

For the last six years my three girls have been or still going to Schumacher’s. My two older girls have completed their treatment and now have beautiful smiles and teeth. After six years we never had a negative experience. The staff has always been so helpful and kind. A special thank you to Angel and Joann at the front desk. Trying to coordinate three girls visits can get very complicated. Angel and Joann were always so helpful making sure my appointments worked for my family. I wish every medical office was as amazing as Schumacher’s.

After 15 months, TODAY was the big day — braces OFF! 🎉😁 What an incredible full-circle moment! Today I had my braces removed, my permanent retainer installed, my removable retainers fitted, and got the full retainer “survival guide” — how to wear them, clean them, protect them, and the very serious warning to keep them far away from dogs who apparently consider retainers a delicacy 😂🐶 My journey with Dr. Schumacher’s orthodontic practice has been nothing short of AMAZING. And this office knows how to make orthodontics FUN. And today — to celebrate finishing treatment — I received the cutest graduation goodie bag filled with many of the exact snacks that were on my “DO NOT EAT” list when I first got braces 15 months ago 😂 Talk about coming full circle! Even better? I got to cash in the reward coins I earned throughout treatment for gift certificates to my favorite place — Imperial Spa! Such a fun incentive program that made the journey even more enjoyable. But what truly makes this office special is the people. From the always warm, welcoming, and organized front desk team… to the treatment coordinator who helped make getting started simple and stress-free… to the amazing ort
